REQUIREMENTS The post holder must be able to demonstrate:
Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience
Qualification in hotel management
Significant experience at senior level in facilities management or hospitality sect operation
Proven track record of delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction, and managing change
Managing and controlling budget / resources and an understanding of financial
Strong leadership skills
Leading and motivating a team of 400 staff while ensuring a high quality service
