Jordan: The ECP has worked very hard to align ourselves as closely as possible with the goals of Grand Chapter and the Six Point Plan of Grand Polemarch Battles. We have set goals for ourselves to complete and participate in more Community Service activities. Jordan : I will not say that my Prov- ince is the best. All Provinces have something that they are especially good at and they all feel they are the

best in some form or another. What I will say is that we are very unique. ALL of our Chapters lie within a three-hour geographical distance from one another. We are the small- est Province in terms of numbers and that plays to our advantage. We have the opportunity to show up in numbers to support one another’s events. Because of our close proxim- ity we see one another often so we are extremely familiar with each other, but most of all, there is a genuine Brotherhood in the Province because we know one another, our families, etc. I will not go on record as saying that we are the best but, I will say that the East Central Prov-

I advanced to this position because I took the time to learn as many of those facets of a business as pos- sible. Learning any of those briefly mentioned and making a career in those particular areas of HR can be its own reward but, to move further into the field it’s like the old adage says, “the more you know, the more you grow.”
