PLEASE NOTE THAT on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold a public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 199 7, as amended, to present and obtain the public opinion on the municipality’s proposed development charges by-law and the underlying background study. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Council meeting and anyone who attends the meeting may comment on the proposed development charges by-law and background study. PRENEZ NOTE QUE le mardi 18 février 2020, le conseil municipal de la Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury tiendra une réunion publique, conformément à l’article 12 de la Loi de 1997 sur les redevances d’aménagement , telle qu’amendée, afin de présenter et d’obtenir l’avis du public sur le règlement proposé par la municipalité sur les redevances d’aménagement tout en soulignant l’étude de base. Toutes les personnes intéressées sont invitées à assister à la réunion publique du Conseil et toute personne qui assiste à la réunion peut présenter des observations concernant le règlement municipal proposé et l’étude sur le fondement des redevances. La réunion se tiendra le: Mardi 18 février 2019 À 19 h À l’hôtel de ville, 600, rue Higginson, Hawkesbury, ON Afin que suffisamment d’informations soient mises à la disposition du public, l’étude de base sera mise en ligne sur le site Internet de la municipalité (www.hawkesbury.ca) le 22 janvier 2020. Des copies du règlement proposé et de l’étude de base seront également disponibles à partir du 22 janvier 2020 auprès du service d’urbanisme à l’adresse ci- dessus (porte C, 613-632-0106, poste 2020). Les personnes intéressées peuvent exprimer leurs commentaires lors de la réunion publique ou par écrit, en s’adressant au greffier municipal, à l’adresse ci-dessus, avant le 11 février 2020. Si le format de ce document est inadéquat, veuillez communiquer avec le Service d’urbanisme au 613-632-0106, poste 2020, et la municipalité fournira, au mieux de ses capacités, l’aide requise.

In order for sufficient information to be available to the public, the background study will be available online on the municipality’s website (www.hawkesbury.ca) starting January 22, 2020. Copies of the proposed development charges by-law and the background study will also to be available as of January 22, 2020 from the Planning Department at the above location (Door C, 613-632-0106 ext. 2020). Interested parties may express their comments at the public meeting or in writing, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, at the above address before February 11, 2020.
If the format of this document is inadequate, please contact the Planning Department at 613-632-0106, extension 2020, and the municipality will provide, to the best of its abilities, the required assistance.
