BRENT KELSEY WINS BIG IN NEW YORK
NATS PICK UP NEW PLAYERS
The Rockland Nationals Junior A team has signed some new players to the organization. The team picked up free agent Cy Martin as a goaltender for next season. Right wing Cole Craft has also been signed by the Nats. He is a Sarnia draft pick who played with the New Brunswick Trappers last season. U18 graduates Cameron Last and David Lafrance were also just signed. The Nats also picked up a trio of local talent from the Rockland Nationals U18 program: Aidan Hilton, Louis Chabot and Will Collins, as pictured here. Registration for the Rockland Nationals Junior A team’s 2018-2019 season is officially open and the first day of registration was May 31. Big win June 15 at the Mohawk International Raceway in New York state for Alfred-Plantagenet’s own Brent Kelsey on his first Sportsman feature win of the season. He battled from a fifth-place starting position on the grid and took the win out of 29 drivers. —photo Don’s Imaging
