Pool Rules Summer is in full swing, and Marley Park’s community pool is the perfect place to cool off, spend time with family, and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, here is a friendly reminder of the community pool rules. Safety always comes first. There is no lifeguard on duty, so all residents and guests use the pool at their own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult who is at least 18 years old. Each household may bring up to four non-resident guests to the pool. To help keep the facility safe and clean, no glass items are permitted within the pool enclosure. Food, alcohol, tobacco, gum, and beverages are not allowed in the pool or within the required four-foot walkways surrounding the pool. The only exception is water in clear plastic bottles. Children who are not toilet trained, or anyone who may be incontinent, must wear a tight-fitting rubber swim diaper or plastic pants. Residents are also required to shower before entering the pool.
For everyone’s safety, only child-sized pool tubes measuring 36 inches or less are permitted. Large inflatables, including rafts and oversized tubes, are not allowed. Animals are also prohibited inside the pool area, with the exception of service animals. Please help make the pool a pleasant place for all residents by avoiding running, rough play, excessive noise, and inappropriate behavior. Remember to keep pool gates closed and latched at all times, and leave bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades outside the pool amenity. Anyone with sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharge, boils, cuts, or other acute or obvious skin or body infections should not enter the pool. The Association also reserves the right to deny pool use to anyone or close the pool at any time. Residents who violate the rules or exhibit loud, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may be required to leave. Thank you for helping keep Marley Park’s pool clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. A little courtesy and attention to the rules go a long way toward making the pool a fun place for neighbors of all ages throughout the summer.
