Marley Park Yoga
This fall, Marley Park residents can start their mornings with movement, mindfulness, and community by joining the Marly Park Yoga Club. Classes are held every Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the Pool House multipurpose room, offering the perfect midweek opportunity to slow down, stretch, and reconnect. Yoga is more than just exercise. It is a practice that brings together physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the Marly Park Yoga Club is designed to be welcoming for all levels. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, making the class accessible to anyone interested in improving their health and finding a little peace in the middle of a busy week. Classes are led by Deb, a local instructor with a passion for holistic wellness and a warm, approachable
style. She guides participants through a sequence of poses that balance relaxation with gentle challenge, helping residents build strength while also finding space for calm and focus. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where neighbors can come together, practice self-care, and enjoy the benefits of yoga in community. Residents often say that starting the day with yoga sets a positive tone, reducing stress and boosting energy. It is also a great way to meet others in the neighborhood who share an interest in wellness. The multipurpose room at the Pool House provides a convenient and comfortable setting, making it easy to stay consistent with weekly practice. So roll out your mat, bring a water bottle, and join your neighbors for an hour of movement and mindfulness. For more information, email Deb at holisticyoga.deb@gmail.com .
