Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services, the Director of Human Resources is a key member of senior management who will ensure the successful delivery of Human Resource services to the Hospital’s departments and satellites, as well as the HGH foundation. The Director will enable the growth of the hospital by recruiting passionate and vibrant personnel and will collaborate with a range of stakeholders in order to effectively execute all HR programs in a client centric and results oriented manner. Requirements: Education / Certification You have a degree in business administration, psychology, human resources or a related field. You possess either an advanced university degree and a CHRP designation or equivalent related work experience to take on this new role. Skills / Competencies As the ideal candidate, you have a record of achievement within a dynamic and fast paced environment, preferably in health care.
