Diversified revenue streams to reduce reliance on any single funder. Expanded programmatic revenue through AfriLabs’ products - ACDR, AfriLabs Academy, and AfriConnect - as self-sustaining platforms. Deepened existing partnerships while establishing new relationships with multilateral agencies, corporates, philanthropies, and governments.
03 Elevate Ecosystem Leadership
Evidence-based policy engagement, drawing on UNDP timbuktoo mapping data, WISE AI study findings, and EMERGE policy recommendations. Convenings that connect hubs, investors, policymakers, and innovators. Thought leadership that shapes global narratives about African
