To install pressurized refining system for a new MDF line. The system has a capacity of 33 tonnes per hour. Its core component is a 20-inch plug screw feeder with AdvaProtect segments, which enables on-site servicing without a spare housing. The supplied equipment also includes an S1056 refiner, a pressurized digester with counterflow and steam regulation, and a C-Feeder concept for improved material handling. To supply a white liquor plant and fiberline equipment. The scope of supply, on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) basis, includes: (a) New lime kiln with a capacity of 250 t/d of burned lime, designed for potential future capacity upgrade; (b) New lime mud filter with auxiliary equipment; (c) Green liquor clarifier upgrade; and (d) Process modification for fiberline including equipment and engineering. To deliver a new energy-efficient evaporation line for this conversion to dissolving pulp production. The order includes a new 7-effect Valmet Evaporation Line with a design capacity of 350 tons of evaporated water per hour, producing heavy liquor of 75% dry solids. The delivery covers engineering, procurement and installation of the evaporation system.
