To supply a Valmet IQ Quality Control System (QCS) with a Valmet IQ Steam Profiler and a Valmet IQ Scanner with IQ Quality Measurements for basis weight, moisture, caliper, and ash, which are integrated into PM4 with Valmet IQ MD Optimizer and Valmet IQ CD Controls. To supply a complete recycled paper stock preparation line (capacity 350tpd). To supply a headbox designed with working speed of up to 1,000 m/min, will produce toilet grades, semi-Kraft and MG white papers, with basis weight ranging from 16g/m² to 50g/m². The new headbox will have micro jacks for high- precision cross machine basis weight profile adjustment, promoting greater jet uniformity. The sheet width on the pope reel will be 2,470mm. To supply new recovery boiler with a capacity of 950tds/day, will be supplied on an EPC basis. The scope of supply includes an electrostatic precipitator to ensure low particulate matter emissions at the stack. The boiler is designed to process black liquor derived from a raw material mixture of hardwood, bamboo, and bagasse. To deliver a CFB (circulating fluidized bed) boiler, flue gas treatment and automation system. The boiler will use various waste and biomass streams as fuel to produce electricity and heat for the mill. The boiler will have a fuel capacity of 107MW and is optimized for overall thermal efficiency. Low emissions are achieved with the flue gas treatment system including pre- separator, additive injection, dry system, bag house filters and SCR. The automation system Valmet DNA represents the latest distributed control system with industry-leading user experience and cybersecurity. To modernise the mill’s technology which includes a range of advanced systems aimed at boosting the mill’s renewable energy production, reducing emissions, and optimising the chemical recovery process. The scope of supply covers several key components, each tailored to meet the growing demands for sustainability in the pulp and paper industry. The centrepiece of the Andritz supply is a new recovery boiler with a capacity of 1,400tds/d (tonnes dry solids per day), designed to operate at steam parameters of 105 bar(a) and 515°C. To supply a complete tissue production line featuring a PrimeLineTM S 1800 tissue machine and PrimePress XT Evo shoe press. The new line was designed to manufacture high- quality toilet and kitchen tissue and will provide an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. The scope of supply included the main stock preparation systems, a PrimeLine™ tissue machine operating at 1,800m/min with a width of 2.75m, a PrimePress shoe press to enhance bulk and softness, a steel Yankee, full automation and electrification systems, as well as basic and detailed engineering services.
