Staci Saeger, NAI Summit “My love for the industry grew very quickly after starting at NAI Summit”
ell us how and when you began your ca- reer in the profes- sion you are in: In 2012, I entered the Com- mercial and Industrial Real Estate industry as a Market- ing Assistant at NAI Summit. My supervisor at the time, our Marketing Coordinator, decided to embark on a differ- ent career path in nursing and ended her time at NAI Sum- mit just three months after my start date. At that time, I transitioned smoothly, taking over her responsibilities and was quickly promoted to Mar- T
to my organization and our brokerage team so I obtained my Real Estate license as well. What is your current position? My current position is the Director of Marketing at NAI Summit. My responsibilities are to design and manage the marketing efforts for both the brokerage of available proper- ties in the portfolio as well as the promotion of NAI Summit’s brand and various service lines including Property & Asset Management, Brokerage, Ac- counting Services, and Building Services.
Why did you choose the field/profession you are in today? I love the impact our work has on our economy and com- munity as a whole. Bringing in new companies from outside the area, relocating headquar- ter locations, or helping a small business owner open a new lo- cation, all have positive effects. The benefits of our business are not just filling vacant space, selling properties, or locating land for development, but also adding jobs to the area and promoting economic growth by doing so. Helping our commu- nity is a big passion of mine and being in an industry that also benefits the community we live in with the work we do is just another reason why I love this profession! What was your greatest professional accomplish- ment in 2020? My greatest professional ac- complishment is really a group accomplishment in regards to how our organization, NAI Summit, navigated through 2020. NAI Summit didn’t miss a beat with our current clients on top of also attaining new ones. Since March when exten- sive restrictions were enforced, we have proceeded to still gain a million new square feet in our management portfolio, contin- ued with steady transactions being completed each month, acquired over 25 new listings, and handled various tenant representation assignments. NAI Summit did not slow down. I feel this was due to our experi- enced and knowledgably team, our solid processes in place, and our ongoing marketing efforts. Being part of an organization that has remained strong and seen growth through unusual times is the best professional accomplishment you could have. What outside activities do you enjoy during you free time? I love being outdoors. Kayak- ing, camping, drive-ins, hiking, BBQs, fall fires, and spending as much time at the beach as possible in summer. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, wineries, and restau- rants. Live music and concerts are a must. I take way too many photos of everything, especially my pets. Anything Philadelphia or Lehigh Valley live sporting events from 76ers to Phillies or Iron Pigs to Eagles, the Flyers and the Phantoms! MAREJ

keting Coordinator. After a few years, proving my capabilities and the value I brought to NAI Summit, I was promoted to Director of Marketing. My love for the industry grew very quickly after starting at NAI
Summit. As I learned more about the industry and our overall impact, I became very passionate about commercial real estate. I wanted to increase my knowledge and expertise in the field to be a better asset
