OFFICE CLERK Ivaco Rolling Mills, a major steel manufacturer in the Hawkesbury, Ontario region, is seeking an Office Clerk with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, to fill a vacancy in our Company. Applicants should have a university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field with 2 - 5 years of experience in various clerical roles. Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft based applications are assets. Applicants must as well have excellent people skills and communication skills. Bilingualism will also be an advantage for this role. The ideal candidate will have varied experience in departments such as accounting, purchasing, payroll and shipping. The candidate must be adaptive and flexible to be able to meet the job expectations.

Un aspect très important du rôle est de pouvoir gérer efficacement une équipe de 10 à 15 employés. Le candidat doit posséder une expérience en gestion, avoir déjà travaillé pour un concessionnaire, posséder une licence 310T et une solide connaissance de l'équipement lourd. Idéalement, le candidat serait bilingue et aurait travaillé avec les camions Kenworth, PACCAR et Cummins. The Service Manager is responsible for the smooth and thorough operations of the service department in a well-established Kenworth dealership. A very important aspect of the role is being able to effectively manage a team of 10-15 employees. The candidate should have management experience, previously worked in a dealership, have a 310T License and strong knowledge in Heavy Equipment. Ideally, the candidate would be bilingual and have worked with Kenworth trucks, PACCAR and Cummins engines. Skills required to be successful in this position are: • leadership • time management • communication • ability to work well with others
