ASSESSMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS & AUTOPAY
Dear Owners,
This notice is being provided as an annual reminder regarding assessment payment options available through Outdoor Resort Palm Springs.
Monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and should be mailed directly to:

As outlined in the Association’s governing documents, assessments not paid within fifteen (15) days of the due date are subject to a late fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the delinquent assessment or ten dollars ($10.00), whichever is greater. Accounts more than thirty (30) days past due may also incur interest at a rate of twelve percent (12%) annually, along with any applicable collection costs and late charges. To help owners avoid late fees and simplify the payment process, ORPS offers convenient automatic payment (Autopay) options through the Association’s Engage/Enumerate owner portal. There is no additional fee for using this service. To enroll in Autopay through Engage/Enumerate: 1. Log in to your Engage owner portal account. 2. On the left-hand side under “My Account,” scroll down and select “Make a Payment.” 3. Under “Type,” use the drop-down arrow to select your preferred payment method and complete the required information. 4. You may choose to save your payment method to your account for future use. 5. Continue scrolling down and select one of the following options: • “AutoPay Full Balance”
• “AutoPay for Select Charges” • “Make One-Time Payment”
6. Review and acknowledge the authorization and terms of use. 7. Click “Enroll” or “Save Changes” to complete the setup process. Automatic payments are generally processed between the 8th and 10th of each month. 8. OR Fill out the attached form and return to: accounting@orps.com.
Owners who prefer may also continue to submit payments by mail or contact the HOA Accounting Office for additional payment assistance.
