ANNUAL NOTICE – ELECTRONIC VOTING

Dear Owners,
Please be advised that Outdoor Resort Palm Springs utilizes electronic voting for Association membership votes and elections in accordance with California Civil Code requirements and the Association’s Election Rules.
Owners who have previously consented to receive Association notices electronically are automatically enrolled to participate in electronic voting using the email address on file with the Association.
Owners who prefer to receive paper ballots and election materials by mail instead of electronically may opt out of electronic voting at any time by submitting a written notice to the Association.
Likewise, owners who currently receive paper notices and would like to participate in electronic voting may contact the Association Office for the required consent form.
Electronic voting provides owners with a secure and convenient way to participate in Association voting while also helping reduce printing and mailing costs to the membership.
