Lexus Melbourne Cup Cavalcade – Monday 31 October The Lexus Melbourne Cup Cavalcade, hosted by the Victorian Racing Club, in partnership with City of Melbourne, is a fun and free event where thousands of people line the streets of Melbourne CBD to witness a procession of horses, jockeys and trainers. Making their way across Princes Bridge from noon into Federation Square, witness the heroes of the 2022 Lexus Melbourne Cup. Join us at Federation Square from 11.30am for family friendly activities and a free famous Flemington chicken sandwich for the first 1000 visitors, and free entertainment until 2.00pm.
