APPROVAL
If you like what you see, we are off and running!
Once approval is given, our operations and pre-press teams get your job ready for the press. This means setting your project onto our production schedule, allocating or ordering raw materials (plates, dies, inks, paper, etc.).
Now the real fun begins! Our production teamgets thematerials and machinery ready. We load your selected material onto our press and “web” the material through to prepare the printing process. We then test and adjust ink color, viscosity and registra- tion, assure accurate die cutting and inspect plate alignment to make sure that everything is produced correctly - something we continue to do throughout production.

ASSEMBLE

SHIP
Once your tapes or labels are off of the press, it’s off to our assembly area. This is where roll and sheet products are cut down to their finished sizes and assembled into packs.
After assembly, products pass through one final inspection, before being shrink wrapped or boxed and sent onto you.
This is the part we love - the moment when our products arrive at your doorstep - ready for your projects or patients.
