F BR E While dietary fibre doesn’t possess any magical fat-burning properties, more and more researchers are finding that fibre is fabulous for weight loss. In fact, a one-year, randomised trial published in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that participants who added more fibre to their diets —without changing anything else—lost almost as much weight as participants who followed a more complicated eating plan recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA). 1 When it comes to losing weight, there is one simple THE NATURAL TOOL FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS Getting the skinny on

Another study reported in The Journal of Nutrition followed the eating habits of 252 middle-aged women for almost two years. 2 Researchers found that the women who increased their fibre intake generally lost weight—while those who decreased their fibre intake gained weight.
