PRONE ON ELBOWS Lying face down, slowly raise up and prop yourself up on your elbows. Hold for 8 seconds. Repeat 8 times.

QUADRUPED ALTERNATIVE LEG While in a crawling position, slowly draw your leg back behind you as you straighten your knee. Repeat 8 times on both sides.
