team, and I love how we all play for each other."

On how he found Kappa Alpha Psi ®

"I saw Kappa Alpha Psi ® before I knew it was Kappa Alpha Psi ® . My uncle, Jonathan O. Grigsby (Ann Arbor- Ypsilanti (MI) Alumni 1987, was my first introduction to our fraternity. He’s a cool dude, always smooth and is serious about taking others that are in his life to the next level." "I always saw him with fraternity brothers, and I was always treated like family. They’d call me nephew too meanwhile I wouldn’t be able to remember their name, it was deep. It was the love and the brotherhood that I saw first that attracted me to Kappa Alpha Psi ® ." "The Bond is the most special thing to me about Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. This past May, I interned in Washington D.C. at the NFL Player’s Association. While I was up there, I was able to connect with a few of my prophytes and also met fraternity brothers at Howard Univer- sity. It was my first experience traveling while in The Bond. It’s hard to travel especially being in season, but even now I look to connect with other fraternity brothers on the opposing team." Van Tiflin plans on becoming a defense attor- ney, after earning both a law degree and masters of business administration from the University of Georgia in a joint program. Van Tiflin, along with his teammates at the University of Georgia, won the Rose Bowl game against the University of Oklahoma and are headed to the NCAA Division I FBS National Championship game. And on what Kappa means to Brother Van Tiflin?
