Size: 496,176 SF In November 2021, GMH Communities broke ground on The Caswell at Runnymeade, a best-in-class, 249-unit mul - tifamily community in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The property is slated to open in spring 2023, with preleasing to begin in winter 2022. The Caswell at Runnymeade will consist of two, four-story buildings with underground park - ing. The property will offer one- to three-bedroom options and apartments will contain spacious bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and smart tech features. Community amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, motion studio, golf simulator, movie theater, arcade, clubrooms, private conference rooms, coworking spaces, and a lounge area.

Size: 3,610,000 SF General contractor); including multi-prime contracts (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) Wohlsen Construction was selected as the general contractor by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the renovations to the Forum Building in Harrisburg, PA. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the historic office building focusing on the modernization of mechanical and electrical systems. Key features include reconfiguration of floors two through five into contemporary office space, limited system upgrades, restorations within the historically significant Auditorium, State Library, Law Library, Main Lobby, and Rare Book Archive spaces.

Size: 82,250 SF Ground-up construction of a 82,250 square-foot Residence Inn hotel featuring 106 rooms and 5 stories with amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, conference room, and out - door courtyard. REDCOM also provided high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the new hotel. General contract - ing work was valued at around 15 million dollars and the land was valued at around 5 million dollars. The hotel will be open for business starting in the next couple of months and is the newest addition to Tower Center Boulevard in East Brunswick, NJ.
