The space was previously occupied by Pinnacle Foods, which moved out of state following its acquisition by Conagra Brands. Remarkable Foods selected the property due in large part to Pinnacle’s space design, which Prism fit out – a former Inc. Magazine Editor’s Pick for World’s Coolest Office. 399 Jefferson Road also serves as home to EBI, LLC, a subsidiary of medical device and implant manufacturer Biomet Spine & Bone Healing Technologies.

Colliers Life Sciences’ Joseph Fetterman assisted the Uni- versity of Pennsylvania Gene Therapy Program (GTP) in its recent expansion of 150,000 SF. The foundational lease establishes GTP as the anchor tenant at Discovery Labs, where they will continue the development of pioneering gene therapies.
