The Glassworks, 1700-30 North Howard Street is a 90,405-square-foot mixed-use develop - ment project located in the Olde Kensington/Norris Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. 1700-06 N Howard, which sits on the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North Howard Street, was originally built in 1872-1876 and is a historically recognized building that was designated in July of 2020. The renovation plans for the building preserves the original three-story Decorating Plant into the project’s new design. The proposed plans, created by Coscia Moos Architecture will include 103 residential units over 3,500 SF of ground-floor retail. Proposed amenities include a roof deck with skyline views, an amenity lounge, fit - ness center, coworking lounge, 35 off-street parking spaces, and bike storage. Craig Thom and Phil Sharrow led sale of the property on behalf of SCOPE and the respective deal party. The highly anticipated industrial-to-residential adaptation of Hoboken’s former Wonder Bread factory was introduced in fall 2021, and within five months the homes were 60% sold. Prism Capital Partners partnered with Angelo, Gordon & Co. and Parkwood Devel - opment Corp. to transform the c.1909 bakery building and surrounding site; Wonder Lofts ultimately will include 83 for-sale and six rental multifamily units in three buildings. The property, designed by Minervini Vandermark, features preserved, architecturally significant detail, providing a distinctive housing option. Wohlsen was selected to serve as general contractor for the Lancaster Country Club expan - sion project named “ADefining Moment”. The project provides the club’s next generation of first-class amenities including a new activities pavilion with a resort-style swimming pool, golf plaza, golf cart barn, enhanced tennis facilities, and expansion to their parking and walk - ways through the grounds. This scope presents a pivotal time in the club’s history for growth and possibility that enables the club to offer more lifestyle resources for the future as well as prepare to host the 2024 US Women’s Open.

This project is a 20,000 SF fit-out that expanded VeltekAssociate’s aseptic filling operations and laboratory space. This project includes four new clean rooms, packing, and H4 storage space. IMC also renovated the existing laboratory space which will accommodate a new microbiology laboratory, chemistry laboratory, and an administration support office space. This project was fast tracked to increase production to keep up with the high demand of medical grade sanitizer and cleaning products due to COVID.
