Heritage future for park? Parc Du Moulin in Rockland is one of the most popular recreation spots in town. It may soon have even greater value to the community as of the newest heritage features in the City of Clarence-Rockland. The city’s committee of the whole has recommended that both the infrastructure and planning department and the city’s heritage advisory committee begin work on preparing a bylaw for approval during a future regular council session to designate Parc Du Moulin as an official community heritage area under the guidelines of the provincial Heritage Act.
