So what venue befits such an illustrious event? This year we drenched our Senior and Executive Directors in pure luxury at the Byron at Byron five-star resort in the world renowned Byron Bay. The venue surpassed everyone’s expectations. Incredibly friendly service, a simply stunning location (imagine tranquil tropical bushland), beautifully luxurious accommodation and food from a multi-award winning restaurant. It was simply a wonderful experience. SSLC is more than just a reward though and this year was no exception. We had in-depth training on the Delivering Wellness Overview where we introduced new concepts that enable every presenter to make their presentation compelling and interactive with every potential new Preferred Customer. The most important message for the event however was our strategy discussion. We spoke about the company’s goal to double the size of our business within two years. Then we introduced the attendees to the Good to Great Hedgehog Concept. This is a strategy tool which helps companies

achieve extraordinary goals. It asks three questions: 1. What can you be the best in the world at?

2. How can you measure your success (It has to be a very simple unit of measurement that everyone understands)? 3. What are you really, really, really passionate about?
