Using this tool, our goal to double the size of our business and commitments from our Senior and Executive Directors, we arrived at this simple, guiding statement: “With this strategy, we are going to double AU & NZ business by 31st December 2018 and in the process, have 44 Senior Director advancements!” The Senior and Executive Directors were great to work with. They are very experienced business builders so seeing them consider this objective and make genuine commitments was inspirational. They are winners, they’ve won before and they can win again, that’s what makes this strategy even more exciting  — it’s going to happen! With the hard work done it was time to relax. Some of the attendees indulged in a massage at the spa, hung around the pool or spent time meditating. The group activity also had a spiritual element to it which built as we paddled out into the bay on kayaks to spend time at close quarters with the migrating Humpback Whales. At times we were only three to four metres away from these giant majestic creatures. Very few meaningful achievements that we will experience happen easily. SSLC this year was a challenging meeting with strong opinions and serious discussions. It shows that the Senior and Executive Directors care, very deeply, about doing something great. Their efforts have presented you with a goal and a strategy which can change your life. Put it into practice and we will support you every step of the way.

Our answers were: 1.  We can be the best in the world at giving families real replacement six-figure incomes by helping them achieve Senior Director. 2. Our success can be measured by the number of Senior Director advancements we achieve. 3.  We are really, really, really passionate about helping little guys have the life they dream of !
