Here’s how the Core Mentoring Bonus works: any team member who is a commission-rate Director 3 or higher can qualify for the Core Mentoring Bonus. They then qualify to receive a 100% match on all one-time advancement bonuses achieved by their personal enrollees customers for that month. † This is in addition to the Mentoring Bonuses you earn on all your personal advancements! So let’s say you’re a commission-rate Senior Director and you help one personal enrollees' customer advance to Director 2 in Pacesetter time frame. Your Personal Enrollee will earn $600 on Mentoring bonus and you would earn a $300 Core Mentoring Bonus. What I love about these bonuses is how they strengthen team bonds and incentivise you to help someone else reach their goals, whether they are your personal customer or not.
