The CTO Emerging Professionals Programme is a structured, one-year professional development initiative designed to strengthen the Secretariat's capacity while equipping emerging professionals with practical experience in international cooperation, digital policy and institutional development. Through hands-on assignments aligned with the CTO Strategic Plan, the programme develops future digital leaders, promotes knowledge transfer and cross- functional learning, and supports the effective delivery of the Organisation's strategic priorities.
