As part of our continued efforts to better serve tenants, we have launched a new Online Payment Portal for invoices. This site will allow you to pay your invoices online, add a payment method and create an account for paying future invoices. Tenants will receive a monthly email from billing@sjpi.com with a copy of their invoice and a link to pay online. Visit sjpi.com/billpay to get started today.
