Strengths Existing characteristics – physical, human, and financial – that clearly contribute to institutional success and the achievement of enrollment goals o Comprehensive programmatic o ff erings o A ff ordability o Small class size o Welcoming “vibe” o Nationally accredited programs o High participation in undergraduate research/scholarship o Campus security

Weaknesses Existing characteristics – both internal and external – that detract from institutional success and the achievement of enrollment goals o Student academic profile/preparedness o Small foundation

o Faculty/sta ff salaries o Growth challenges

o Program capacities o On-campus housing shortage

o Retention/completion/timely graduation o Course o ff erings/times/lack of coordination o Credit hours enrolled by students each quarter o Challenge to support innovation and stay apace of ever changing technology
