Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: 2. The TGRA shall render its decision on the facility license application within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of its receipt by the TGRA.
Sample Facility License Regulations Language, Cont’d: 3. Upon review of the documents required by this section, and a determination that the facility is in compliance with the Ordinance, the Compact, all applicable Laws and Regulations, and that granting the License is in the best interests of the Tribe, the TGRA shall issue a Facility License. The Facility License is conditioned upon the Licensee’s continued compliance with the Ordinance, Compact, and all applicable Laws and Regulations . The Facility License shall include its expiration date, and shall be conspicuously posted in a public space at the gaming facility.
