Marie-France Caron, 45-years old, of Pierrefonds, Québec, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus. She received a 90-day driver’s license suspension and her vehicle was also impounded for seven days. She is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on June 26. Test (SFST). As a result of the investigation, 18-year- old Dominik Bourgeois, of Rockland, was ar- rested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (blood drug concentration), having care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available, person under 19 years - possess cannabis and person under 19 years (consume cannabis). He received a 90-day driver’s license suspension and the vehicle was also impounded for seven days. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on June 26. On May 28, at about 8:15 p.m., an officer responded to a theft incident on Victoria Street in Rockland. His investigation revealed that a man had numerous stolen items in his possession. A 49-year-old Clarence-Rockland man was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 from a motor vehicle, posses- sion of a credit card, two counts of failing to comply with probation order and possessing property obtained by crime under $5,000 (in Canada). He was held for bail.

He received a 90-day driver’s license suspension and the vehicle was also impounded for seven days. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal on June 26.
