EXISTING CODE DEFICIENCIES
The following Electrical Code deficiencies were observed at the time of the walk through:
• Minimum working clearance requirements for servicing of panelboards, disconnects, motor control centers and other electrical equipment was not met at a number of locations. See Electrical Appendix A, Item 1. • Exterior lighting with back-up power source appears to not be provided at the exterior entries of the building to lead occupants safely away from the building. See Electrical Appendix A, Item 2.

ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES The CHCI appears to provide the density of electrical outlets at a ratio of 1/75-sf. There are conditioned power outlets provided.
