Why I want to be an athletic trainer: I’ve always wanted to help people in my chosen profession. Athletic training, which involves assisting an athletic population in various ways, aligns perfectly with my goals. Why I chose UW-Stevens Point: I chose UWSP because I built strong relationships with the professors over the last three years of my undergrad. Continuing to learn from them in graduate school is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. Plus, our program’s excellent reputation makes it even more appealing. What setting would you like to work in? Clinic or sports performance center. Fun fact: I started water skiing when I was 2 years old!
