Heather is a principal of Animal Arts, an architectural firm that has exclusively designed veterinary hospitals and animal care facilities since 1979. Heather has worked on dozens of veterinary projects

across the country, both large and small in her 19 years with the firm, including several Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Competition award winners. She has spoken about practical and innovative design solutions at numerous conferences including VMX and CVC Hospital Design Conference.

Wayne designed his first animal hospital in 1977, and in 1981 won his first Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Award. In 1986, he founded BDA Architecture, P.C. to specialize in the design

and accounting. In addition to being a CPA, Glenn is a Certified Information Technology Professional, and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He enjoys helping veterinarians create long-term value from their practice and achieve their professional goals. He is on the Board of Directors for VetPartners and is the co-chair of the VetPartners Valuation Council. Glenn speaks to veterinarians across the country on practice management and valuation issues. He is co-author of the American Animal Hospital Association book Selling Your Practice .
