REGISTER NOW! Register to attend the annual Design Conference You are invited to register for both days or for one day only. You may also register to attend ONLY the Design Conference or the Design Conference and SWVS. FREE ARCHITECT CONSULTATION (OVER $200 VALUE) Every SWVS Design Conference attendee receives one free 30-minute veterinary architect consultation. Regardless of what stage you find yourself in, these specialists will offer advice on early strategic planning, budgeting, site selection, design review, zoning, or plan critiques. Youwill have an opportunity to schedule your appointment prior to the conference REGISTRATION Early Bird registration fees are $150 for Thursday only, $150 for Friday only, and $265 for both days until July 18. Advance registration fees go up July 19 to $165 for Thursday only, $165 for Friday only and $275 for both days. Standard registration starts September 1 through Sept. 27 and fees are $175 for Thursday only and $175 for Friday only, and $285 for both days. CE CREDIT The Design Conference provides a total of 13 hours of CE for both days (6.5 hours for Thursday only and 6.5 hours for Friday only). Participants are advised to check with their state licensing board for the number of hours they can claim for practicemanagement (nonscience CE). PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee includes Design Conference proceedings, a box lunch on Thursday, refreshment breaks, coffee and pastries on Friday morning, buffet lunch and access to the Exhibit Hall on Friday. The advance deadline to register is August 31st. Cancellations must be received in writing before August 31st; a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after August 31st are subject to payment of the full registration fee. Registration fees increase on-site. This is a ticketed event; guests of registered veterinarians are not allowed admittance.
