Constructed to resemble the former mill that once stood near the Patoka River. Guests can tour the mill, watch the workings of the waterwheel and corn meal production, and browse for souvenir items.

Constructed in 1886, this building was purchased by the Sturm family in 1895 for operation as a hardware store. It stands today as one of the oldest hardware stores in Indiana and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
