RIVERWALK & PLAZA A popular 2-mile-long trail along the Patoka River that walkers, bikers, and runners enjoy. This safe trail passes through beautiful wooded areas, along farm fields, by a children’s park and through a plaza area that features shelter houses, horseshoe pits, picnic areas and a gazebo.

THYEN-CLARK CULTURAL CENTER The newest addition to the “Old Jasper” district, the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center features three art galleries, private studios, workshop space, an event center, black box theater and is the home for the Jasper Community Arts & Jasper Public Library. ONE ROOM SCHOOL HOUSE The Alexander School was built in 1918 and was relocated to the “Old Jasper” District in 2021 to preserve the history of a one-room schoolhouse, which was prevalent in Dubois County into the 20th century. Tour the school house and learn about the Wilson Family, a local family that contributed to the community and school system.
RIVER CENTRE Recently completed in 2020, the River Centre is expected to be the hub of downtown activity in Jasper featuring a Brewery, local café, a fitness facility and houses a variety of sizes of loft apartments available for lease.
