COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP OF ORANGE COUNTY
Free grocery assistance is available to seniors on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, while supplies last. No registration is required. SENIOR GROCERY PROGRAM
Free food boxes are available to eligible seniors ages 60+ on the last Wednesday of each month at the Placentia Senior Center. Yearly registration is required.

COMMUNITYACTION PARTNERSHIP CAP FOOD BOX
Daily lunch program for older adults offered in partnership with Meals on Wheels Orange County. Suggested donation is $3 per meal for adults 60+ and $5 for individuals under 60. Registration is required on the first visit and can be completed at the Senior Center. Call (714) 986-2332 for more information and to confirm program days and times.
Food boxes are available on the last Wednesday of each month and include shelf-stable pantry staples such as rice, cereal, pasta, beans, and canned goods. Registration is required one month in advance, along with a valid ID
SENIOR TRANSPORTATION Free, door-to-door, wheelchair-accessible transportation is available to Placentia seniors ages 60+, Monday–Friday, from 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Registration requires proof of age, Placentia residency, and a completed form.
Tuesday & Thursday trips are available from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. to select locations.
Rides must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, and riders must be registered. Call (714) 986-2332 to register or schedule a trip
