My back feels so much better and I feel like I can maintain by doing the exercises and tips they provided me! “I came to Peak Performance because I was having some lingering back pain from the repetitive nature of my work and poor posture I did not realize I was utilizing. I thought I may have a herniated disc or other condition in my back, but chose to do physical therapy first because it would be the most holitstic approach as compared to going to my primary care and being referred to a specialist. I would rather see if this work and use surgery or medication as a last approach. One of my worries was my safety amid a Pandemic entering into a facility where many people go each day. Right when I walked in this fear was quenched by the staff as they had many procedures in place to ensure mine and the safety of all patients from screening and temperature checks at the entrance, hand sanitizer throughout the clinic, and masks worn by all staff and patients. They even cleaned each piece of equipment immediately after using it! I was so impressed by the way everyone called me by my first name and gave me their undivided attention when I was there. My back feels so much better and I feel like I can maintain by doing the exercises and tips they provided me.
