RETRACTIONS (SHOULDER BLADE SQUEEZES) Start in a standing or seated position with arms relaxed. Bring shoulders back while pinching shoulder blades together. Helpful hint: When squeezing shoulders together, imagine there is a penny between your shoulder blades and you are trying to pinch it.
