The staff at Star is amazing, and everyone is always willing to help each other out. I love working for a company that shows they really care about their patients. What do you like doing in your spare time? With who? Why? I enjoy training in powerlifting with my boyfriend at Mushin Fitness Center. It is a fun, new way to stay strong that doesn’t feel like a work out to me. Leg day is my favorite. When I have some downtime, I enjoy relaxing with my dog and watching some Netflix. HAMSTRING STRETCH - WALL Lie on the floor in a doorway. Rest your leg against the wall. Scoot through the doorway until you feel a stretch up the back of your thigh. Hold for 6 seconds then repeat 10 times on both sides.
