JEB provides third-party verified, product-specific Type III Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) covering lifecycle stages A1–A5, C1–C4, and Module D. EPDs support the mandatory 25-year carbon assessment and enable transparent embodied- carbon reporting for partition systems. JEB’s modular, demountable system supports integrative design coordination across decar- bonisation, acoustics, daylighting and end-of-life recovery. Recyclability, low-VOC credentials and take-back capability inform goal-setting from pre-design through early occupancy.

Required
Product-specific Type III EPDs documenting Global Warming Potential (GWP) per functional unit across A1–A5 (product stage and construction), C1–C4 (end of life), and Module D (beyond-boundary benefits) provide the lifecycle data required to fulfil the project’s embodied carbon quantification obligations. JEB’s EPD data enables product-level weighted average GWP calculations that directly inform the project’s embodied carbon reduction sub - mission. Points scale from 2 (baseline) to 6 (≥40% whole-project GWP reduction). Coverage across A1–A5, C1–C4 and Module D maximises LCA completeness. Powder-coated aluminium components of JEB are independently tested per ISO 16000-6 and ASTM D5116-10. Products comply with the VOC content and emission thresholds required under MRc3 to qualify as low-emitting interior materials. Under ID+C, this credit carries a higher point value (4 points versus 2 under BD+C), reflecting the dominant role of interior products in fit-out scope.
