LEED v5: Interior Design and Construction (ID+C)
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the most-used sustainable building classification system in the world. LEED ID+C (Interior Design and Construction) applies to interior fit-out projects, addressing tenant improvements and interior spaces within existing buildings. Aligned with LEED v5 ID+C (effective April 2025). From 1 July 2026, LEED v5 is the only version available for new ID+C registrations.
