The Magnificent Seven #4 Greyfriars
The regeneration of the Greyfriars area of Gloucester is a stark reminder of just how far Gloucester has come in the last few years. When our “before” picture was taken in 2011 the old Gloucestershire College building stood abandoned and derelict following the opening of the new college building at the Quays in 2007. Now that grim edifice in Brunswick Road is just a distant memory and Linden Homes have built more than 260 homes on the site bringing new life and activity into the city centre.
