residential, commercial, education and health and this enables us to bring the necessary skills and experience to complex mixed-use projects such as the Brewery.” Jeff added: “We also know that schemes like this need to be designed flexibly. With the Brewery, for example, what was initially conceived as first floor retail space has now become offices, as the development reacts to sudden changes in the market.” Other recent regeneration projects that Roberts Limbrick has been involved in include the exciting £50 million plus mixed-use development in Kendal Rise London.
