There were1,461 condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area in August, 10% below last month but up 3% vs last year. At 331, condo sales were 4% lower in August than in July and 5% above August 2018. Increasing to 23%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in August was $409,200, virtually unchanged from July and 8% lower than in August 2018. The average sold price was $389,647 (0.9% below July), while the average PSF sales price was $443 (1.1% above July).
