At 260, the number of townhome listings in Langley was 11% below July but 3% above August 2018. Townhome sales, at 79, were down by 17% vs July but 41% above last August. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 30% in August, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in August was $488,600, 1.1% below last month and 6% below last year. The average sold price was $563,270, while the average PSF sales price was $377 (up 1.3% and 0.8%, respectively, from last month).
