At 838, the number of townhome listings in Surrey was 8% below July but 3% higher than in August 2018. Townhome sales, at 183, were down 20% vs July and 9% below last August. The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey decreased to 22% in August, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in August was $567,800, virtually unchanged from last month and 5% lower than in August 2018. The average sold price was $586,644 (1.7% below- July), while the average PSF sales price was $386 (down 3% from July).
