The 72 detached sales were an increase of 5 month- over-month and up by 10 year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 9% in September, as Richmond’s detached market remained favourable to buyer’s. The benchmark price was $1.48M in September—1.2% above August 2019 but an 11% decrease from September 2018. The average sold price was $1.66M, 1.8% above last month but 6% lower year-over-year.
