The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased 10% between August and September (to 791), but rose by 21% from last September. The number of condo sales increased by 5% vs August (to 134) and by 40% vs September 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17%, as Richmond’s condo market remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price was $627,100 in September, virtually unchanged from August and 7% lower than in September 2018. The average sold price was $561,078 (down 0.7% vs August) while the average PSF sales price was $630 (2% lower month-over-month).
